Strategic Forum - Sharing Knowledge, Gaining Insight
About the Forum
At a time of increasing uncertainty, change and complexity, HR leaders are called upon to offer their companies clear and responsible direction, inspiring leadership, and competent management. The Dallas/Fort Worth SMA Strategic Forum aims at providing a forum for these leaders to jointly explore some of the pressing issues facing them, network, exchange experiences, ideas and best practices, and get a fresh insight into the challenges they and their companies confront in these changing times.
Goals
- Disseminate knowledge and facilitate networking opportunities for our senior level members
- Promote the on-going development of informed, resilient HR leaders
- Equip HR leaders with the information needed to enhance their performance and maximize results in today's challenging business environment
- Provide distinguished speakers and facilitators to address organizational and strategic issues in a variety of formats designed to develop the leadership potential of our HR executives
Audience & Participation
Participation in the Strategic Forum is encouraged for members and guests who want to increase their strategic HR knowledge, as well as those who may require annual HRCI strategic recertification credits. Membership
Membership in the Strategic Forum is included as part of your Dallas/Fort Worth SMA membership dues. Eligible members include senior level HR leaders, service providers and those wishing to become strategic HR leaders. Meeting Costs
There is no cost for our members to attend the Strategic Forum quarterly events as they are underwritten entirely by our sponsor. There is however a $30.00 charge for non-members or guests of members. Group size is limited to 40 with preference given to Dallas/Fort Worth SMA executive members.
