Objective:  The objective of the new member referral program is to encourage current DFW SMA Members to refer new or renewing members (that have a 6 month gap in membership from renewal date) to become members of DFW SMA.

IMPORTANT: Advance reservations with payment is strongly recommended.  Our hotel requires an advanced headcount and charges for each reservation. Pre-Payment is required for reservations made but not kept, unless canceled prior to the registration deadline indicated.  To receive cancellation credit, you must email your cancellation request to Kathy O'Day at koday@hopkinshr.com three business days before the scheduled event.  No-shows will not receive a refund.
